Square skate & apparel online store purchases are made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Any information you provide to us via our website is kept entirely confidential for your own personal security and reassurance.

Credit card purchases through our site can be made using PAYPAL with the highest levels of security.

RETURNS -

Please beware we have a NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES policy on sale items.

Once an order has been made it can't be cancelled or altered.

We do our best to provide the correct information with our items. Please be sure to select the correct size at time of purchase.

If your unhappy with our products in any way, your purchase can be returned or exchanged. This is provided it still has original tags on the garment and is in sell-able condition.

With subject to our stock availability and your own reasoning, we are happy to exchange your item if it 's returned within 7 days of it being received by you. If you return the product later than the 7 day time slot we are unable to process the return. If we don't have the size in stock for the return or the correct colour you will be issued with a Square skate & apparel credit note.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date issued and can be redeemed online & in store.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty at time of sale or delivery; we endeavour to check over all our garments before sending them out to you to ensure they are faultless. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and a decision will me made whether it is standard wear and tear or whether it's an manufacturers fault.

Returns outside the time frame of 7 days after delivery will not be accepted. For all returns please send back to Square skate & apparel, 60 The Square, Palmerston North, New Zealand, please make sure they are sent back via track & trace as we will not be at fault if they are not delivered & lost in standard post.

We do not cover the cost of sending the return back to us, but we will cover the cost to resend the new item back to you via courier once again.

Please make sure all returns & exchanges are sent back with a note of instructions and full customer details.
